At Imagine Advanced Dental Arts, we believe everyone deserves a beautiful smile. Our goal is to help you get the care you need in an affordable manner through insurance, payment plans, and other available options. When you come in for your appointment, one of our staff members will be happy to discuss which payment option is most suitable for you.

Insurance We Accept

Our office participates in-network with Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, MetLife, and Delta Dental Premier. We do not participate with DMO/HMO plans, Horizon, or Blue Cross Blue Shield dental plans, and we are not enrolled with Medicare or Medicaid. Patients with other PPO plans are still welcome: we file every claim electronically on your behalf and your insurer reimburses you directly. Your estimated out-of-pocket portion is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Once you share your insurance information, our insurance specialists check your specific coverage and let you know which services are covered before treatment begins.

No Dental Insurance? Join Our Membership Plan

Imagine offers an in-office membership plan through KLEER - think of it like a subscription for your smile. You pay a simple monthly or annual fee directly to our practice and receive preventive care, emergency visits, and significant discounts on any major treatment you may need. Nervous About the Dentist? We Offer Sedation

Topical numbing before every injection, nitrous oxide, conscious sedation, and IV sedation for longer procedures - our sedation dentistry options let anxious patients, and those having implant or full-arch surgery, relax through treatment.
